Student Leader Spotlight: Esha Mishra, University of Delaware

Like a tree, our programs start with something small. Oftentimes, it can be a student concerned about the lack of food security options on campus or a university administration professional who notices far too many students experiencing food insecurity on their campus. Student Co-Founder of Swipe Out Hunger at University of Delaware, Esha Mishra, tells us how the Swipe Movement catalyzed a nation from one styrofoam box.
