About the program

During a designated drive period at the end of each semester, students can use leftover meal points to purchase nonperishable items at Paws & Go, such as canned food, peanut butter, and boxed items, and drop them in the blue bins.

Program Roots

Swipe Out Hunger at Wash U became an official chapter with a mission of encouraging students to purchase grocery items at the campus market to be donated to fight local food insecurity.
