Program Roots

This program grew out of passionate individuals across the U of L community who saw a need and a gap. Sparked from a faculty donation, the Food for Thought initiative was born. This initiative funds and guides innovative student projects that tackle student food insecurity and is supported by the Agility Program, U of L Students' Union, Alumni Relations, Chaplain Office, Advancement Office, and passionate students (e.g., PACT Club).

Get involved

If you are interested in learning about the program and how to get involved, please contact agility@uleth.ca or any of our collaborators! We offer funding for student projects, course credit for a robust project, volunteer opportunities (small - big commitments), and an ability to get involved with a community dedicated to eradicating student hunger at the U of L.
