Program Roots

A staff member on campus noted that there were members of the Bentley community that are food insecure. As a result of that, staff from the founding departments, came together to discuss feasibility and logistics of establishing a Swipe out Hunger program at Bentley. They ultimately formed a Swipe Out Hunger Committee, comprised of diverse stakeholders, to oversee the program. The program was launched in November 2020.
